Daniela Galliano, M.D., Ph.D.


Dr. Daniela Galliano is the Director of IVI Rome. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Torino in Italy, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Virgen de las Nieves University Hospital, Granada, Spain, where she also obtained her Ph.D. with cum laude, investigating genetic polymorphisms that influences fertility.

She joined the Instituto Valenciano de Infertilidad (IVI) in 2009, and participated in research projects in endocrinology of reproduction and Iinfertility at Weill Cornell Medical College, New York, NY (USA), and Reproductive Medicine Associates (RMA), , Basking Ridge, NJ (USA). Her research interests also include the role of uterine pathologies in infertility and alternative treatments in older reproductive-age women. She has been an invited speaker in multiple national and international scientific meetings.
